COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D SFD21DG2WN06 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the NXS00075A2H1SSSA1A20000C2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Stacis2000 manufactured by Tmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Tmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EQ72007C by Manufacturer Teco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand RNFM0223L60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as CFW500D24P0T4NBN1 equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ELBE3100 made by Universal as well as the popular DC42RM24 original spares produced by Statohm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WFC2002OCHT by T-B-Woods and CFW500D24P0T4NBN1 spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT130H9U4270 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
